2011 FA Cup Final

Manchester City are holders of the FA Cup after beating Stoke City 1-0 in the Final at Wembley on 14 May 2011.

It was the first time Manchester City had won a major trophy in 35 years, with a goal by Yaya Toure, who also scored in the semi-final victory against their rivals Manchester United.

Stoke produced a decent performance and were in debt to their goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen who pulled out strong saves from Carlos Tevez and Mario Balotelli. But in the end Manchester City were stronger.
